Lesson Timetable

Babies starting from birth are advised to attend at Applefields School where the Hydrotherapy pool is at 35°.
Babies will be swimming for 20 minutes with just 4-5 in a class. These are only a guide if you have any questions, please contact us to confirm!
Please note we have temporarily moved all lessons at Lynby pool (near Wilberfoss) to Stamford Bridge and Pocklington. We hope to return to Lynby pool later this year.
